The Mobile Stair Platform is a development of our popular Super Maintenence Platform that features 45 degree stairs to free up maintenance workers’ hands during ascent and descent.
USAGE SCENARIOS
- Industrial Equipment: In factories and plants, the platform is ideal for accessing elevated machinery or equipment for repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance. Its mobility allows it to be easily moved to different locations, while the sturdy construction ensures safety in environments that may be wet, greasy, or cluttered.
- Warehouse Operations: The platform can be used in warehouses for inventory management, stocktaking, or accessing items stored on high shelves. The self-locking gates and stable structure provide a safe working environment for personnel who frequently move between different levels.
- Construction: The Mobile Stair Platform provides access to various levels of scaffolding making it suitable for outdoor conditions and uneven terrain, allowing workers to perform tasks like painting, wiring, or installing fixtures with ease.
- Full guardrailing and self-locking swing gates for safe, fast access to work surfaces
- Large work surface and 225Kg SWL for all maintenance requirements
- 200mm solid rubber wheels allow for easy relocation on all terrains for sizes 2 to 6 steps
- Four large swivel/brake castors on larger 7 to 10 step units, allowing for easy relocation by a single operator
- Available in 2 to 6 step with 800mm x 800mm platform, and 7 to 10 step with 1000mm x 1000mm platform
- Engineers approval, SWL rating & serial number certification plate
- Built tough with 82 x 50mm marine grade aluminium RHS
- Perforated & swaged deck for superior traction in wet & greasy conditions
- 45 degree stairway access keeps one hand free for carrying tools
- Left-hand & right-hand gates available, allowing for flexible configurations
