Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility 

  • Offer limited to one trial unit per customer.
  • Available to approved operators and ground support service providers across the globe.
  • Subject to product availability and SafeSmart Aviation’s approval.

2. Trial Period

  • Trial period is 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery.
  • The unit must be returned on or before the 15th day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Freight 

  • Freight is not included in the free trial offer.
  • All delivery and return freight costs will be on-charged separately to the customer, where applicable.

4. Rental Charges Post-Trial

  • If the unit is not returned after the 2-week trial, a rental fee of $90 AUD (ex GST) per week will apply until the unit is returned.

5. Conditions of Return

  • Trial unit must be returned in the same condition it was received, allowing for fair wear and tear.
  • Any damage beyond this may result in repair or replacement costs.

6. Usage Conditions

  • The unit is provided for evaluation purposes only.
  • It must not be resold, leased, or transferred.
  • Users must follow all handling and safety guidelines supplied by SafeSmart Aviation.
  • Insurance during the trial period is the responsibility of the customer.

7. No Obligation to Purchase

  • The trial is obligation-free. However, SafeSmart Aviation may contact you to discuss your experience or purchase options. 

8. Termination Rights

  • SafeSmart Aviation reserves the right to cancel or terminate the trial at any time if the unit is misused or terms are breached.

9. Additional Terms

  • Standard commercial trading terms and conditions apply.
  • By accepting the trial, the customer agrees to all the terms outlined above.
