The SafeSmart AdaptaPanel is now available in a fully modular design.

The AdaptaPanel Work Through Series features removable mesh panels and toeboards, with a direct installation to a post set within 300mm of the slab edge.

All posts are interconnected approximately 2m above ground, and sliding safety latches retain mesh panels preventing unintentional lift-off.

Complies with AS/NZS 1657: 2018, even with its modular design there’s no compromise on the robust and reliable build that AdaptaPanel is renowned for.

• Optional coated finishes include galvanised and several powder coat colours for brand identification.
• Available in multiple post heights: 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m & 3.0mH.
• Stack panels in stillages for ease of transport and storage.

Advantages of removable mesh:

• Allows workers to safely work through the edge protection whilst maintaining fall protection beside live edges.
• Mesh can clip-on in high-risk areas to minimise protection from falling objects.
• Removable mesh allows for versatility to suit all site applications. e.g. curtain wall façade installation, riser and void protection.
• Eliminate the need to use fall restraint systems.

Sliding toeboard functionality:

• Allows for external ties e.g. crane ties, screens, alimak ties to be fixed to the structure whilst maintaining compliant edge protection.
• Sliding/overlapping features provide flexibility for toeboard to be slid up against protruding elements (e.g. ties).
